  This place used to be a 10 until today when I met a representative who happens to be African American female that was very rude and vindictive. she canceled my phone because I needed her to transfer information from one phone to the next and she basically told me all she could do was transfer contacts. I asked for somebody else to help me and instead of doing that she cancelled my daughter's birthday present. I will never go to this store again if they can hire trash like this. With the exception of going to speak to the manager & owner if not addressed properly.
