  Today we went to Mattress Connection at 18521 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504 and you are not going to believe this... The lone employee named Moe. Gave us an attitude from the moment we entered the store. I felt he didn't like African Americans. It was just that weird! I said, Hi do you remember us. He said yes, you were looking at a queen mattress a while ago!" I said, no that wasn't us. I was looking at a Tempur Pedic beds. Then he remembered us and said, "you came in the other store (The Mattress Connect store across the street) three damn times and didn't buy anything." I was slightly taken aback but said, I'm not going to buy anything this time either... I'm here to check out the beds for a warranty replacement. We had a big blow out but then cooler heads prevailed... We like Moe... Personality goes a long way. 4 stars!

  Great shopping experience. We went shopping for a Tempurpedic mattress. We also wanted to try out a few knock offs. Jeff was really helpful, and explained the differences between different grades. We ended our first visit with a handshake, and Jeff stating he would be happy to earn our business. We continued to a couple more mattress stores, and learned that he was a very respectful salesman compared to others, so we went back and bought from his store. Next day delivery (free) is a huge plus. And they have a great trade in program for the chances of second thoughts on the mattress purchase. The are locally owned and operated, also a plus.
