  Terrible customer service at the Men's store!!! I took my mother, who is temporarily handicap, to get some last minute Xmas gifts... Got to the side of the check out line to simply ask if they can attend a us quickly or not. We got a terrible response from the cashier, who didn't care, and told us to get in the back of the line... We understand that it's a busy time of year, but there's no room for nasty behavior from a cashier working in customer service... Will be canceling my Macy's Card and will not be visiting this store again!
