  I placed an order for 2 gallons of MG Chemicals EMI shielding paint (just under $1000). After waiting a week for a shipping confirmation I called and was told it would ship in a day or two. A few days later I called and was told that "the item was unavailable" at the moment and they would ship when they could. This was a time-sensitive order we desperately needed for an important customer of ours. I asked to cancel the order and was told it was, ordered the paint on Amazon and had it within two days. A week later I received a shipping notice from EIO and my company card was charged for the original purchase. When I called to inquire about it, I was transferred to someone who identified himself as "Johnny". He was almost comically rude and combative without even waiting for me to explain that I just wanted to know how the order cancellation process worked. He kept demanding I tell him who I spoke to originally. I wish I had a transcript of the call so that I could share it with any potential customer of theirs. Never, never place an order with these people!
