  Out of all the pharmacies I've gone too CVS is probably the worst. Their systems are either never updated or their employees don't look well enough or don't know what their doing. For example: They tried to charge me about $500 for a month of.medication. I have insurance and my copays are $25. Luckily, I had a coupon where they'd give me particular type of med for free for a year, so I didn't call my insurance. Now 3 months later, I came to pick up a refill and now im being charged my correct copay and they're not applying the coupon from the manufacturer which is valid for the year. The lady who entered the coupon even told me it would be saved. I will say once the pharmacist gets involved they'll rectify the issue.
