  Altman's products look beautiful, but the company does not stand behind their product and does not believe in the concept of customer service. I have been waiting for a new thermostatic valve on a three year old shower controller for two weeks. They say the part is only warrantied for 1 year- ridiculous. In addition, Altmans failed to expedite shipment on the part, and when it did arrive it turned out that it was the wrong one. Then, instead of immediately sending a new part, they ship a second one without expediting it. I have now been without a workable shower for almost two weeks, and I am still waiting for the part to come in. I absolutely would not recommend purchasing their products, despite the design!!!!!!
