  I found a product in their showroom, that I loved. Unfortunately, it had been sold. I got a price from them for ordering me another set. Then I checked with a couple of other firms carrying the same thing... and, got a quote about 25% less. Because I'd purchased from them before and would rather support a South Bay business company... I gave ABC the quote indicating if they just matched it; the business would be theirs. I guessed because they would be turning around the product instantly (having no flooring costs) it would be a welcome sale. They said no and told me I'd be sacrificing local service. I reminded them that pricing is a component of service... and, spent $3700 with a company about 30 miles away from the peninsula. I did need a chair replaced... and, the company I bought from gladly did it in 3 days. ABC from a "shoppers experience" perspective. -Old run down building -Employees tend to huddle in conversations instead of engaging customers -They do not have a website. It is like they have invested zero into the business in the 15 years we've worked with them.
